I am subleasing my room for the summer. I will be going home on May 14th, so you could move in anytime after that. I have already paid the rent for May, so you will enjoy half of that month for free! The last day to move out is Aug 13th. I will be offering a very low price of $200 per month!!!!!!!!!!! Regular rates are $377. You will only be in charge of paying gas and electric and water, which is around $ 30 and $5 each approx. Apartment is 4 bedroom and 2 bathroom, however only one friendly roommate living there, so you could use the other rooms for storage. Very nice setup, including basketball and volleyball courts, workout center, swimming pool, friendly neighbors and lots of fun!!! Finally, very close to campus, on the bus route line and walking distance to Firehpuse bar.
